WHO WE ARE
Our story
OrphanCare International was founded on a single conviction: that a child who has lost their parents should never lose their childhood too. We take our name and our inspiration from the enduring example of Imam Ali (as), remembered across generations as the Father of the Orphans — a leader who did not manage charity from a distance, but who is remembered for personally seeking out the children the rest of the world had overlooked.
That example still shapes how we work today: in [Client to confirm: number] homes, caring for children aged 5 to 12, we go looking for the child who needs us rather than waiting for them to find us.
Our mission
Our mission is to act as a true sanctuary for vulnerable children — not just meeting their basic needs, but protecting their dignity, healing their hearts, and breaking the cycles of poverty and neglect that put them at risk in the first place. We hold ourselves to one standard: the same standard of care, comfort, and opportunity we would want for our own children.
